Baptism is the Sacrament through which we become members of the Church and children of God. The       Sacrament of Baptism is administered on the first Saturday of each month (except during Lent) at       9:30AM. You should be a registered parishioner of Holy Name of Mary Parish to have your child baptized     here. Although, if you are from another parish, you must have a letter from your pastor giving permission     to have your child baptized here at Holy Name of Mary Roman Catholic Church. There are forms that     need   to be completed before your child can be baptized – Baptismal form, Godparents form (one from     each Godparent), Parental Consent, and a copy of the Birth Certificate must be submitted.
